How to build a Stray statue in Minecraft
The Stray from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 18 × 32 × 8 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 992 blocks hollow (15 stacks + 32), 1,246 solid
- 32 layers from the bottom up
- 7 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |

| Cyan Terracotta | 358 (5 stacks + 38) |
| Light Gray Concrete | 260 (4 stacks + 4) |
| Gray Wool | 104 (1 stack + 40) |
| White Concrete | 98 (1 stack + 34) |
| Clay | 95 (1 stack + 31) |
| Light Gray Wool | 73 (1 stack + 9) |
| Snow Block | 4 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
