How to build a Zombie Horse statue in Minecraft
The Zombie Horse from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 10 × 35 × 41 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 1,827 blocks hollow (1 shulker box + 1 stack + 35), 3,596 solid
- 35 layers from the bottom up
- 7 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |
|---|---|
| Green Terracotta | 538 (8 stacks + 26) |
| Green Concrete | 430 (6 stacks + 46) |
| Dried Kelp Block | 266 (4 stacks + 10) |
| Black Concrete | 257 (4 stacks + 1) |
| Lime Terracotta | 221 (3 stacks + 29) |
| Gray Concrete | 102 (1 stack + 38) |
| Stripped Birch Wood | 13 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
