How to build a Ghast statue in Minecraft
The Ghast from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 16 × 27 × 21 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 1,628 blocks hollow (25 stacks + 28), 4,412 solid
- 27 layers from the bottom up
- 5 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |
|---|---|
| Snow Block | 1,299 (20 stacks + 19) |
| Smooth Quartz | 226 (3 stacks + 34) |
| White Concrete | 91 (1 stack + 27) |
| Light Gray Concrete | 8 |
| Smooth Stone | 4 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
