How to build a Silverfish statue in Minecraft
The Silverfish from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 10 × 7 × 17 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 171 blocks hollow (2 stacks + 43), 201 solid
- 7 layers from the bottom up
- 8 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |
|---|---|
| Stone | 88 (1 stack + 24) |
| Andesite | 27 |
| Light Gray Wool | 26 |
| Clay | 10 |
| Light Gray Concrete | 10 |
| Gray Concrete | 5 |
| Black Concrete | 4 |
| Smooth Stone | 1 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
