How to build a Spider statue in Minecraft
The Spider from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 32 × 12 × 27 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 1,242 blocks hollow (19 stacks + 26), 2,188 solid
- 12 layers from the bottom up
- 8 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |
|---|---|
| Gray Terracotta | 734 (11 stacks + 30) |
| Black Terracotta | 242 (3 stacks + 50) |
| Stripped Dark Oak Wood | 211 (3 stacks + 19) |
| Acacia Wood | 33 |
| Red Wool | 8 |
| Light Gray Concrete | 6 |
| Nether Wart Block | 5 |
| Orange Concrete | 3 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
