How to build a Villager statue in Minecraft

The Villager from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.

Blocks you need

For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.

BlockCount
Brown Terracotta455 (7 stacks + 7)
Waxed Exposed Copper280 (4 stacks + 24)
Light Gray Terracotta203 (3 stacks + 11)
Gray Terracotta173 (2 stacks + 45)
Cyan Terracotta42
Terracotta42
Stripped Mangrove Wood36
Black Terracotta8
Dark Oak Wood6
Gray Concrete6
Stone4
Cyan Concrete3

…and 3 more kinds of block, listed in the builder.

How to build it

  1. Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
  2. Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
  3. Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
