How to build a Polar Bear statue in Minecraft
The Polar Bear from the real game model, turned into blocks: one block for every pixel of its texture. Plan it, gather the exact blocks and build it layer by layer.
- 14 × 19 × 35 blocks (wide × tall × long)
- 1,983 blocks hollow (1 shulker box + 3 stacks + 63), 4,837 solid
- 19 layers from the bottom up
- 6 kinds of block
Blocks you need
For the hollow build at real size, with 1-block walls. In the builder you can pick other block groups, a different size (½× up to 16×) or a solid build, and the list changes with it.
| Block | Count |
|---|---|
| Snow Block | 1,119 (17 stacks + 31) |
| White Concrete | 286 (4 stacks + 30) |
| Bone Block | 283 (4 stacks + 27) |
| Smooth Quartz | 186 (2 stacks + 58) |
| Mushroom Stem | 88 (1 stack + 24) |
| Black Concrete | 21 |
How to build it
- Plan: choose the blocks you have, the size, hollow or solid, and the build direction.
- Gather: get the exact block list in stacks and shulker boxes, or download it as a Litematica schematic.
- Build: place one layer at a time, with a 3D view and a 2D map of each layer that counts the blocks in every row.
